I am Rahul Chadha from The Run Club, Chandigarh. I am running since March, 2017. I started running just to overcome my obesity.

My Weight Transformation Story

I was around 120 kgs and in around 3 months by running I achieved an awesome weight of 85 kgs. And now I am a passionate runner and well supported by my club The Run Club, Chandigarh mentor by Mam Paveela Bali. Last year I finished with wonderful and fantastic journey of #100DaysOfRunningChallenge2018 with 1202 kms in around 134 hours.

Biggest Achievements & What’s Next

My best run was  the 7 hour night run in which I did an awesome 50 kms with all support of The Run Club,Chandigarh.
This year looking forward to beat my own score and will rock it.
I am coming #100ofrunningchallenge 2019.

    Superb Rahul chaddha ji, I am also facing the same issue of obesity, reduced 20kgs from 110 to 100 by running..but do find lit of deficiency in body ..cramps..tiredness, energyledd..losing motivation after failing in IDBI HM had cramps while running..but il follow 2km daily.pl advice me too with diet and strategies.

      Hello Suresh Kumar Ji, Thanks for your support and appreciation. Suresh ji i am not the right person to tell you about the right diet plan. But during when i was overcoming my obesity i use to stick to a plan which i had made.
      And best part is i didnt even hire or paid money for it no gym and all just by running.
      My diet includes carbs and a bit natural protein (no powder) i eat 5 times a day but in less quantity. And no salt after 5pm. And also hydrate yourself very well always.
      And dont try to run fast and do proper stretching before and after your runs this will make you run better and will overcome your cramps.
      During my obesity period i use to run 2 times 1 hour in morning and 1 hour in evening. But now i run one time a day.

      And Suresh ji best part is its all in your mind. Just control it and say you can do it and sure then u will.
