Mera naam Rachana Vijay hai. Main Jaipur se hun. Profession se interior designer cum vastu consultant and writer bhi hun. Ab tak dusro k liy likhti aai… aaj khud ke liye likhne ka dil kiya…

Meri kahani meri zubani …

100 days running challenge.. 100 din 100 task 1000 excuse but moral of the story is that I am a winner…

100 days challenge meri life ka sabse bada turning point raha hai. running m ain pahle bhi karti thi.. but challenge ke sath nahi just run.. run for fun..
Life me bahut sare excuse bhar rakhe the.. aaj leg m dard h kal jaugi.. aaj y ho gya aaj wo gya.. n all that.. sirf events k pahle 5 din khud ko running k ready karti thi.. mera weight near 96kg.. lots of bimariya….

Medicines, and more medicines

Din ki shuruaat medicine k sath aur din ka end medicine k sath.. pure din m 30 35 types of medicine khati thi.. khana kam dawai jyada.. ajib sa tag tha… 38 years ki age m sab log mujhe aise baat karte the jaise m 70 saal ki bimar jindagi hu.. bato main sirf doctor, hospital, dawaiya ye sab hota tha.. isi beech aaj se 2 saal pahle di ki death ka shock ke karan mujhe paralysis attack aa gya.. Mera left side bilkul khatam ho gya.. kabhi socha hi nahi tha ki kabhi dubara m proper khadi bhi ho paugi kya.. but family support n dua k karan jaldi hi recovery kar liya..

Beginning of recovery

Maine 6 mahine m khud ko khada kar diya.. ab jindagi ko naye rup m dekh rahi thi..dhire dhire maine khud ko apne bde bhai ko dekh kar running track pr lane ki sochi.. kuch hat kar karna chahti thi.. walk se start kiya 6 mahine me running track pakad liya.. thoda thoda run karti .. Running track par friends bane jinhone bahut motivate kiya.. mukesh mishra jinhone mujhe yakin dilaya tha ki m run kar sakti hu.. unki y line mere liy task ban gai ki m kar sakti hu..

Mere husband Shyam Vijay ne har step par sath diya.. puri family k support se ab jindahi ko naye track pr la rahi thi.. Dhire dhire improvement aata gya.. chaha m kabhi y sochti ki chal bhi paugi ya nahi.. vaha aaj m doud rahi thi.. aasman ko chhu rahi thi.. Kai sari marathons m part liya medal jite.. medal mere liy inspiration bante gaye.. khud ko aage k event ke liye ready kar leti thi..

Heard about 100 Days of Running

Feb mein 100 days challenge ka pta chala.. ek baar k liy socha m nahi kar paugi… Kyoki 100 din tak daily run karna bahut bda task sa lag raha tha.. upper se dawaiya n tabiyat ka issue.. but sabke sath maine bhi join kar liya.. wait 28 april ka.. kyoki y task maine ab apni bimari k liy liya tha.. dekhna chahti thi m winner hoti hu ya meri bimariya..

Roz running karna 5km se start kiya.. target liya tha ki 500+ km karugi.. nahi to 400+to pakka…

100days challenge meri life ka sabse bda turning point raha h.. aaj 100dsys k 96 days complete ho gaye.. mera 500+ target aaj 901 + km ko cross kar chuka h.. n sabse important jo task maine apni bimari k liy rakha tha wo bhi..

Improvements from running 100 days

100days challenge m daily run k karan meri dawaiya band ho gai.. m non diabetic ho gai.. ek time meri suger 500 rahti thi aaj 80/100 aa rahti.. paralysis ki dawai heart ki dawai sari dawaiya band ho gai.. jaha 15 march ko mera weight 96 tha vahi aaj mera weight workout n running k karan 80 aa gya.

Duniya ki bate jaha meri bimari se shuru hoti n bimari pr khatam hoti.. wo log aaj meri achievements ki bate kar rahe h..

Life jine ka ab maza aane laga h.. ab m chalti nahi hu.. ab doudti hu.. apni khushiyo k sath jindagi ki race jit raji hu..

Ab task ke liye ab khud ki nai jindagi ke liye daud rahi hu..
