Anywhere, as long as you run (or run/walk). You can run indoors on a treadmill. On a road near your home, a park, around your office, it doesn’t matter.
Do however note that if your run distance is more than 10 km, it is mandatory to submit a public GPS activity link from a running app for the same as proof. If you do not have the same, you can submit a maximum distance of 10 km for a day, no proof needed.
