Running on treadmill is acceptable under the following situations:

  1. Your run on treadmill using either TomTom or Garmin GPS watch using the Treadmill running mode
  2. Submit the treadmill run activity link manually from your TomTom or Garmin website/app (ensure they are public), or
  3. Connect your Strava account to your 100 Days of Running account and our import process will import your treadmill runs to your 100 Days of Running account within 24 hours. In case of any import issues, submit the links manually within applicable submit time window
